Welded wire mesh reinforced

Company "industry" is a Ukrainian manufacturer of welded masonry grid. We produce a grid of masonry from low carbon cold rolled wire periodic profile VR-1, maps in the form of flat-foot sheets with varying width, depending on its application.

Description: is characterized by the mesh width of the cell along the axes and the diameter of the wire. For the size of the grid cells take the distance between the axes of adjacent longitudinal and transverse wires. Maximum width up to 1000 mm. Cell welded mesh is formed by welding perpendicular wires.

Applications:

• the brickwork reinforcement in the process of construction of any facilities (which will enable to ensure the reliability and durability of brick masonry walls will help to avoid cracking);
• reinforcement of floors, ceilings, foundations (after reinforcement, the concrete floor becomes more resistant to fracture and cracking, significantly increases its resistance to dynamic and vibration loads);
• reinforcement of road surfaces.

In all cases, the mesh acts as a reinforcement element, which relieves the internal stress of the material, does not form cracks and gives the structure a solidity.

Produced width of mesh: 2.0 m x 0.38 m; 2.0 m x 0.5 m; 2.0 m x 1.0 m;

The diameter of the wire used: 2.5-5.0 mm;

Cell size: 50x50, 70x70, 100x100 and 120x120 mm;
